This hotel in Grado is the perfect choice for those looking for value for money. Situated close to both the beach and the center of town, it offers a convenient location for guests. The staff here are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, along with the added bonus of a balcony, made our stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the breakfast, which was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of options to choose from.
None of the negative aspects stood out, everything was great.

Hotel was clean and in a good location to walk to beach. Big balcony.
Was not a 3 star hotel. Only one electrical outlet in room. Too small for 3 beds. Appeared hotel hasn't been renovated in 30 years.

Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable beds, great air-conditioning, good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location.
There was nothing I didn't like.

It's close to the beach. Just a few minutes walk. But most hotels are since Grado is a narrow peninsular.
Our room was very small. NO airco or fan. Bathroom was old, dirty and cramped. There just wasnt much customer focus in how this hotel was run.

The location was fantastic, really close to the beach and within walking distance to the city center. the breakfast was also good, with a variety of options to choose from. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help.
The rooms were quite outdated. the furniture and decor looked like they hadn't been changed in years and the bed was uncomfortable.

Very personal service by the hotel staff, and I was given a double room even though I had booked for a single (and only ever paid for a single). The room had a balcony and was very comfortable. I stayed an extra night.

Central location. Walking direction to the beach.
The style was like from the seventees. Brown interior.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay as pleasant as possible. We enjoyed a clean room with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. The breakfast was lovely and had a variety of fresh fruits, different kinds of cold cuts, warm croissants, juice, cereals, and a big coffee machine. The key location of the hotel was just a 2-minute walk to the bus stop to the city center or the free beach.
The Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room so we had to sit in the foyer to use it. , there were no glasses in our room.

The hotel's location is ideal, situated near the beach and just a short walk away from the old town. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations on things to do in the area. the breakfast spread is excellent, with fresh croissants and cold cuts, and the rooms are spacious with balconies.
The play area for kids lacked variety.
